the Stars of Russian Ballet performance in Esplanade last night was quite simply the best dance performance i have ever seen in my whole 19 years of existance. (went with chongyan)
really.
it wasnt purely ballet..it had contemp pieces too.
it wasnt boring, though you may not exactly know what they are dancing sometimes.
it was not just beautiful, captivating.
the whole essence and feel of some of the pieces really had the power to fill you up, right down to the core.
its more than excellent.
never felt so satisfied after watching a performance.
every penny spent on the ticket was worth it really.dont even mind paying more i think.

my new idol.
she was awesome.amazing.beautiful.omg.
she is not just about technique.her arm work and movements were so smooth, graceful.
her whole body language totally just merges with the whole music piece.
she is like everything la omgg.
omg and you shld have seen the way she danced the contemp tango piece.
i wished it didnt end so soon.
its was like so musculine.yet feminine.
its like she managed to create this seamless combi between these 2 contrasting features of both sexual genders and protrayed it so...perfectly.so bloody handsome and charismatic.
tHat.is the beauty of being a female.
her partner was great too (in other pieces).hahas.
i think its this inate thing.
this small, yet crucial bit of the way she dances which separates her from the rest;
brings her up on the pedestral.omg.
i cannot stop gushing about her.
