Stitch in your knitted browand you don't know how
you're gonna get it out
crushed under heavy chest
trying to catch your breath
but it always beats you by a step, all right now
making the best of it
playing the hand you get
you're not alone in this
there's hope for the hopeless
there's hope for the hopeless
there's hope
cold in a summer breeze
yeah, you're shivering
on your bended knee
still, when you're heart is sore
and the heavens pour
like a willow bending with the storm, you'll make it
running against the wind
playing the cards you get
something is bound to give
there's hope for the hopeless
there's hope for the hopeless
there's hopethere's hope
there's hope
there's hope
(hope for the hopeless- a fine frenzy)
its beautiful.

wash day
beneath the high sky
my heart hangs
out to dry in the wind.
beautiful excerpt from 'Astrid and Veronica' by Linda Olsson.
the book is full of meaning.
interpret this whichever way you want -
i myself dont really know too,
i just think its nice HA.
---------------------
trips overseas not only mean exploring new grounds,
exclaiming at how picturesque the scenery is,
finding out how quaint and interesting the houses are,
the kind of food the eat and their genre de vie (if i used it right ha).
but long rides on the coach from one place to another also means, to me,
time to soul-search (since there was no tv on the bus and you cant spend the whole time just reading, sleeping, eating and stoning right)
one is bound to think-
about lots of things,
tend to allow the mind to fly.
anywhere.
which can be bad.
and i feel i came back more afraid and cowardly.
yes. thats the word- feel.
those emotions intruded once again.
making me wish they didnt.
(i am never satisfied - am i?)
people like me like to complicate oursleves haha.
screw up out own mental well-being.
deserve to be shitted to death.
but if i think of only flowers and butterflies,
will it make the world a less paradoxical place to live in?
yes, maybe for just one minute.
